Steps to delete your account in the app

1. 1 Open MacroLens and go to the Profile tab
2. 2 Tap Settings (gear icon)
3. 3 Scroll down and tap Delete Account & Data
4. 4 Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen prompts

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer access the app or your account, you can request account and data deletion by sending an email to us. Please include the email address associated with your MacroLens account so we can verify your identity.

We will process your request and delete all your data within 7 business days.

All of your data is permanently removed, including:

• Account information: Your profile, email, name, and authentication credentials
• Profile data: Age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and dietary preferences
• Meal logs: All meal entries, nutrition data, and meal photos
• Daily summaries: Aggregated daily nutrition data and streaks
• Health data: Weight history, fasting sessions, health scores, and progress photos
• Meal plans & recipes: Any saved meal plans and recipes
• Social data: Social posts, likes, followers, and following lists
• Subscription data: Subscription history and promo code redemptions
• Stored files: All photos and files in cloud storage

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our active systems immediately. No personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement purposes.
